THE BRIEF
The Taliah Waajid World Natural Hair & Healthy Lifestyle Event is the world’s largest arena for professionals and consumers to come together to learn and exchange information about natural hair care, health and beauty products, and techniques.
With over 200 unique exhibitors and 30000 attendees coming together to network, shop, and enjoy a weekend of fun, music, interactive workshops and information for healthy living, organisers wanted to make this year’s event even more memorable.
The team behind the event wanted to engage in a more meaningful way with attendees and raise awareness of the Taliah Waajid brand and products.
THE WORK
Mirror Me Image created 3 bespoke photo booth activations using two Mirror Me Booths and our latest innovation the Mirror X.
Custom panels were created reflecting the Taliah Waajid branding as well as the event and product hashtags and placed in strategic locations throughout the event space.
A unique workflow was created for each product with custom templates, animations and overlays in keeping with the brief.
Attendees loved the chance to have their very own VIP moment in front of the custom panels and were delighted by the chance to pose and capture themselves on screen and in print!
THE RESULTS
– Over the course of the two days, thousands of attendees interacted with the photo booths and got to know the story behind the brand.
– Branded GIFs and pics were created and instantly shared to social media driving awareness of the event and Taliah Waajid products.
– Organisers were delighted with the impact of the photo booths and the way they highlighted key aspects of the brand and told their story.
