Welcome to MMI Events Live. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website. 1. Services Provided
MMI Events Live offers photo booth services for corporate, wedding, and special events. Our range of booths includes the MMI Event Photography, MMI Mirror Air, MMI Roamer Ring, and several others. Detailed descriptions of each booth and their capabilities are available on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event. Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Full payment details and schedules are provided upon confirmation of booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Use of Services
Our photo booths are to be used for lawful purposes only. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content captured and shared during the event does not infringe on any rights or laws. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if illegal or inappropriate use is detected.
5. Liability
MMI Events Live is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. We will take reasonable measures to ensure the smooth operation of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during the booking process and event will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by MMI Events Live, including photos, videos, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of MMI Events Live. Clients are granted a limited license to use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any commercial use requires prior written consent from MMI Events Live.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
MMI Events Live reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
